TimeWarp Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Genexis Bio Inc. ("TimeWarp," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information across the TimeWarp Companion mobile app, our website at timewarp.com, and related services (together, the "Services"). TimeWarp is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older.

Because we operate both an app and an online store, this policy is organized so you can see what applies where. In short: in the app, we handle your health-related inputs to power features, and we do not use that information for advertising or sell it. On our website, we use standard analytics and advertising technologies like most e-commerce sites, which you can opt out of (see Section 6).

1. Who We Are

TimeWarp is a product of Genexis Bio Inc., a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business in Park City, Utah. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@timewarp.com.

2. Age Requirement

TimeWarp is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. During onboarding we ask for your date of birth; if it indicates you are under 18, we will not permit you to create an account or continue, and we will not retain the information you entered. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact hello@timewarp.com and we will delete it.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account information: your name and email address.
  • Health and wellness information you enter (app): bloodwork and biomarker values, biological age estimates (PhenoAge), date of birth, biological sex, and wellness inputs such as sleep, movement, nutrition, habits, and goals. You choose whether to enter this. It powers features like your biological age estimate and personalized protocol and habit tracking.
  • Your responses: answers to in-app questions and surveys, and any testimonial content you choose to submit.
  • Order information (store): when you purchase, the name, shipping and billing address, and contact details you enter at checkout.

Information collected automatically:

  • App usage and analytics: how you interact with the app (screens viewed, features used, actions taken), device type, and performance data, used to understand usage and improve the app.
  • Website usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar diagnostic data collected through cookies and similar technologies on timewarp.com (see Sections 5 and 6).

Information from third parties:

  • Purchase and subscription information: our e-commerce provider (Shopify) and our subscription provider (Seal Subscriptions) share order and subscription status with us so we can verify your access.

Apple Health (if you connect it): if you choose to connect Apple Health, we access only the data types you approve. Data obtained through Apple Health is used solely to provide app features (such as step and sleep tracking) and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties for advertising, consistent with Apple's requirements.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate the app and its features (protocol tracking, biological age estimates, habit tracking, reminders); fulfill orders and verify your purchase and subscription status; personalize your experience; communicate with you about your account, your protocol, and (if you opt in) marketing; understand usage and improve the product; maintain security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies (Website)

On timewarp.com we use cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to run the store, authenticate you, and process orders. Others help us understand site traffic and measure and improve our marketing. You can control non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality. The TimeWarp app itself does not use advertising cookies.

6. Advertising and Your Privacy Choices (Website)

Like most online stores, our website uses analytics and advertising technologies (for example, Meta and TikTok advertising pixels) to measure our marketing and show you relevant ads on other sites. Sharing information for cross-context behavioral advertising this way may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to opt out. To opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information collected through website cookies and device identifiers, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our website footer, or browse with a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, which we honor as an opt-out request for the device and browser you are using. This opt-out is specific to each browser and device.

Your health and app data are never used this way. We do not use the health, biometric, or wellness information you enter in the app for advertising, and we do not sell or share it.

7. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who help us run TimeWarp, under agreements that limit their use of it:

  • Shopify — store, orders, and payments.
  • Seal Subscriptions — subscription management and status.
  • Resend — sending account and verification emails.
  • Klaviyo — email communications and marketing to customers, where permitted.
  • Analytics providers (e.g., PostHog) — to understand product usage.
  • Advertising partners (website only, e.g., Meta, TikTok) — for the marketing activities described in Section 6, subject to your opt-out choices.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store and process data securely.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case we will notify you.

8. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored on secure systems we control and with the service providers named above. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption of sensitive data such as your health and biometric information, restricted access, and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Account and app data: retained while your account is active and for up to 2 years after your access ends, so you can return without losing your history.
  • Health and biometric data (bloodwork, biological age): retained until you delete it, because your biological age trend is most valuable when continuous. You can delete it at any time (see Section 10).
  • Order records: retained as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
  • We may retain limited information longer where required for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can: access and export your data through the app; delete your data through the app (deletion removes it from our systems, subject to limited legal retention); correct inaccurate information; opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or in-app settings; and withdraw consent for health-data storage by deleting that data.

U.S. state privacy rights (including California CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal and sensitive personal information we collect, to access, delete, and correct it, to opt out of "sale"/"sharing"/targeted advertising (see Section 6), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact hello@timewarp.com; we may need to verify your identity first. Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws may have similar rights — contact us to exercise them.

11. Sensitive and Health Information

We treat your bloodwork, biomarker, and biological age information as sensitive. We collect it only when you choose to provide it, use it only to provide app features, do not use it for advertising, and do not sell or share it. You can delete it at any time.

12. International Users

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
