Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy applies to residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut and explains how Genexis Bio Inc. ("TimeWarp," "we") handles consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law, and Connecticut's consumer health data provisions. It supplements our Privacy Policy at https://www.timewarp.com/pages/privacy

Most of your health data never reaches us
The TimeWarp Companion app stores your health information on your phone. Data from Apple Health and Health Connect, cycle information, journal entries, biomarker values, and biological age estimates stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Consumer health data we collect
- Lab reports you upload: the report file and the biomarker values and draw date extracted from it. We do not keep the file.
- Check-ins and survey answers, if you turn on sharing: your check-in ratings and survey answers, linked to your account email.
- Reviews you choose to share: your rating and your words, with the name you choose to be credited with.

How we collect it
Directly from you, when you choose to upload a lab report, share your check-ins and survey answers, or share a review in the app.

Why we collect it
- Lab reports: to extract your biomarker values so the app can calculate your biological age and show your trends. This is the service you request when you upload a report.
- Check-ins and surveys: to understand how the protocol is working for our members and improve our products.
- Reviews: to learn from your experience and, only if you tick "Yes, TimeWarp may share this," to share your words publicly.

Who we share it with
We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Anthropic (lab report reading)
- Render (server hosting; data passes through and is not stored)
- Resend (email delivery to our team)
- Google Workspace (team email storage)
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your consent
When you set up the app, you choose whether to share your check-ins and survey answers with us. This is optional. If you don't opt in, they stay on your phone. You can change this anytime in the app under Profile > Privacy. When you upload a lab report, we read it only to provide the values you asked for, and we do not keep the file. To delete what we hold, email hello@timewarp.com.

How long we keep it
We do not keep lab report files. Check-in, survey and review emails are kept in our team inbox for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We may keep de-identified results, with your name and email removed, for longer to understand how the protocol works over time. We keep this data de-identified and do not try to re-identify anyone.

Your rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it, including a list of all third parties we have shared it with and how to contact them;
- delete your consumer health data, including from our service providers;
- withdraw your consent.
To exercise these rights, email hello@timewarp.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We may extend that once by 45 days if needed and will tell you why. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line "Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
