TimeWarp Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimeWarp Companion app, the timewarp.com store, and related services, provided by Genexis Bio Inc. ("TimeWarp," "we," "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use TimeWarp

You must be 18 years or older. By using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18. TimeWarp is intended for adults and is not directed to minors.

United States only. TimeWarp products and the app are intended for customers in the United States. We currently sell and ship only within the United States and do not ship internationally. Our statements and product information are prepared for the U.S. market and may not reflect the requirements of other countries.

Please read this carefully.

TimeWarp provides wellness and educational information and tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.The app, including any biological age estimate, protocol information, ingredient information, habit suggestions, and any content, is for informational and general wellness purposes only.

TimeWarp is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, making health decisions, or if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medications.
Any biological age or health-related figures shown are estimates based on the information you provide and general research, not clinical diagnoses, and should not be relied on for medical decisions.
TimeWarp products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of anything in the Services.
In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

You use TimeWarp's information and tools at your own discretion and risk.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your access credentials secure. Notify us at hello@timewarp.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access

App access is tied to an active TimeWarp product subscription, managed through our e-commerce and subscription providers (Shopify and Seal Subscriptions).
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (for example, quarterly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You authorize us and our providers to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription through your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or our refund policy.
If your subscription lapses, your app access may enter a grace period and then become limited, while your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
Prices and features may change; we will provide notice as required by law.

5. Household Access (Two Seats)

Each active TimeWarp subscription may include access for up to two people in the same household ("household seats"), where offered.

A "household" means the subscriber and one additional adult member (18+) who resides with them.
Both seats' access is tied to the one active subscription. If that subscription is paused, cancelled, or lapses, bothseats lose access.
Each person has a separate account and profile, and health and personal data are not shared between seats.
The subscriber is responsible for who they add and for use under the shared subscription. We may set, verify, or change how a seat is assigned, and may limit or revoke a seat in case of misuse. The two-seat allowance is not transferable and may not be resold.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services or their systems; misrepresent your identity or provide false information; or resell, copy, or exploit the Services or their content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, their content, design, branding (including the TimeWarp name and marks), and protocol information are owned by Genexis Bio Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us permission to use it to operate the Services. Any use of your testimonial content in marketing is governed separately by the specific consent you provide at the time you submit it.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content (such as feedback or testimonials), you confirm it is truthful and yours to share. We review submissions and are not obligated to use any of them. We will only use your testimonial publicly if you have given specific consent at the time of submission.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Services or any estimate are error-free or suitable for your individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genexis Bio Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcomes, decisions, or losses arising from your use of the Services or their information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genexis Bio Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Genexis Bio Inc. is a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business in Park City, Utah.
