Protocol 01 · The Cleanse
Senescent cells, worn-out cells that stop dividing but do not clear on their own, accumulate as we age. Core, Energize and Protect run every morning. The fourth formula, Cleanse, runs on a different rhythm: one short pulse a month.
Every Protocol 01 box ships with one pulse. Nothing to add for most people under 40.
Extra pulse packs are an add-on to a box, sold only with Protocol 01. How many you need depends on your age.

Pulse / month
Per sachet · one serving
Each sachet is one serving: two capsules. One pulse is two sachets across two consecutive days, included in every Protocol 01 box. Extra packs are optional.

What one pulse is
One pulse is not a bottle you work through. It is two sachets, taken on two consecutive days, then you are done until next month.

Day 1
One sachet, with food and water
2 capsules
Day 2
One sachet, same time of day
2 capsules
The Cleanse capsule is the white one in the system. Every Protocol 01 box includes one pulse. Additional packs are an add-on to a box.
Optional add-on · Pulse packs
One pack is one extra pulse. Two sachets, four capsules, two days. Most people under 40 need nothing more.

One pack · one pulse
Two sachets. Four capsules.
One pulse, two consecutive days.
The same Cleanse formula as your included pulse.
Packs are optional, and only available with a Protocol 01 order. Three pulses a month is the ceiling.
A general guideline
One pulse is included. Anything beyond it is optional.

Why a pulse
Senescent cells stop dividing. They do not go quiet. They keep signalling to the tissue around them, and that is what turns a local problem into a spreading one.
They accumulate slowly.
They build up over years, and the body clears them less efficiently with age.
The damage does not stay local.
They release inflammatory signals called the SASP. Those signals reach healthy neighbours and can push them toward the same state. A few cells compromise far more tissue than their number suggests.
Senolytics are studied in pulses.
The research uses short, spaced courses, not daily dosing. A pulse, then a recovery window. Protocol 01 follows that pattern.
Researchers call them zombie cells.
Human research is still emerging. How often to pulse depends on age and goals. Talk to your physician.

Monthly Renewal · Sachet 02
Senescent cells, worn-out cells that stop dividing but do not clear on their own, accumulate as we age. The three daily formulas run every morning. The monthly renewal protocol is built for a different rhythm.
Why a monthly pulse
Senolytic compounds are studied in short, spaced courses rather than continuous daily use. Protocol 01 follows that pattern: a short pulse each month.
How often you take it
Once a month · days 1-2 · every 30 days
Each pulse is two consecutive days. Morning or afternoon, with food and water.
One pulse is included every month. You can add up to two more packs in the box.
How often depends on age and goals. Talk to your physician.

The Cleanse · Sachet 02
Five compounds in three roles. Two studied as senolytics, one enzyme, and two that pace release and support absorption.

Two days, once a month
Two capsules per sachet. Four capsules across one pulse.
How the five work together · illustrative
01 · Target
02 · Clear
03 · Support
01
Fisetin + Isoquercetin
The two senolytics combine to target zombie cells. Paired, they reach more cell types.
02
Bromelain
A proteolytic enzyme that eases inflammation and supports the clearance side of the pulse.
03
Fenugreek + Piperine
Fiber helps carry the debris out and paces release. Piperine aids absorption throughout.
Illustrative. Human research on these compounds is still emerging.
Studied as senolytics
From strawberries · liposomal delivery
Tier 3 · MechanisticA well-studied senolytic in preclinical work, with human trials now underway. Delivered monthly rather than daily.
From Japanese pagoda tree buds
Tier 1 · Human RCTChosen over standard quercetin for a better absorption profile. Studied alongside fisetin, broadening senolytic coverage.
Enzyme support
From pineapple stem · proteolytic enzyme
Tier 1 · Human RCTA proteolytic enzyme with a long human track record, included to support the clearance side of the pulse.
Release and absorption
Soluble fiber scaffold
Role · DeliveryA sustained-release fiber scaffold that paces how the pulse compounds are released. A delivery role, not an active.
From black pepper
Role · AbsorptionA small amount to support absorption of the compounds it travels with. Human pharmacokinetic data backs this role.
Evidence grades reflect the strength of human research on each compound, not a promise of results for you. Protocol 01 is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

The companion app
One pulse a month takes care of itself. Two or three, spaced fifteen or ten days apart, is a schedule. The app sets the cadence for your age band, reminds you the night before each pulse, and lets you add a pack to your next box when your cadence changes.
Included with every Protocol 01 subscription.

From the Science Advisory Board
The integrated monthly senolytic pulse is a meaningful differentiator. Pulsed dosing is the science-backed approach to senescent cell clearance.

The add-on
Every Protocol 01 box includes one monthly pulse. One pulse is two sachets, taken on two consecutive days.
Each additional pack is one more pulse. Add them to your Protocol 01 order if your age band calls for more than one a month. Packs are an add-on to a box, not a standalone product.
The included pulse plus two added packs is the maximum, three pulses in a month. Choose based on age and goals.

Added to your Protocol 01 order. One pack is one pulse, two sachets across two consecutive days. Pulse packs are not sold separately.
Max: two extra pulse boxes per month.

The monthly pulse

Senolytics are studied through a hit-and-run pattern: target senescent cells during a short window, then let the body recover. The original senolytic research used intermittent, pulsed dosing, not daily supplementation.
Daily dosing removes that recovery window and adds daily compound exposure the biology does not call for. Protocol 01 follows the pulsed pattern instead: a short course each month, then back to the daily three.
One pulse is two sachets, two capsules each, taken on two consecutive days. Morning or afternoon, with food and water. One pulse pack covers one pulse.
It depends on age and goals. A common starting point:
Every Protocol 01 box includes one pulse. If your age band calls for more, add up to two extra packs to your box. Three pulses a month is the maximum. Choose based on health goals and senescent burden, and consult your physician.
No. The senolytic pulse is part of Protocol 01, not a standalone product. One pulse is included in every box, and additional pulse packs are an add-on to a box order. They are not sold separately.
The pulse is designed to run alongside the three daily formulas, which is why it ships as part of the protocol rather than on its own.
Five compounds: Liposomal Fisetin (300 mg) and Isoquercetin (150 mg), flavonoids researched for their role in clearing senescent cells; Bromelain (500 mg), a proteolytic enzyme; and Fenugreek Galactomannan (150 mg) with Piperine (5 mg) supporting release and absorption.
Fisetin's senolytic work is largely preclinical, with human trials now underway. Human research on these compounds is still emerging. Every dose is printed on the label.
Yes. The monthly pulse is designed to run alongside the daily three formulas. On pulse days you take the daily sachet as usual, plus the pulse.
The senolytic pulse is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as several of its compounds have not been studied in those populations. If you take medications or manage a health condition, consult your doctor before starting.
Yes. It is manufactured under cGMP-compliant standards, and finished lots are tested by an independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
