Protocol 01 · Sachet 02

The cells that stop working but never leave.

Senescent cells, worn-out cells that stop dividing but do not clear on their own, accumulate as we age. Your daily protocol runs every morning. This one runs on a different rhythm: a short monthly pulse.

One pulse is two sachets, taken on two consecutive days.

Monthly Pulse

Why a pulse

Clearing worn-out cells is a periodic job, not a daily one.

The three daily formulas run every morning. This one is built for a slower rhythm, and there is a reason it works that way.

01

They accumulate slowly.

Senescent cells build up over years, and the body clears them less efficiently with age. This is gradual, not sudden.

02

Senolytics are studied in pulses.

Senolytic compounds are studied in short, spaced courses rather than continuous daily use. The original senolytic research used intermittent, pulsed dosing, not daily supplementation.

03

The recovery window matters.

The idea behind a pulse is a short window, then a recovery period. Running it every day would remove that window, which is why Protocol 01 keeps it monthly.

Human research on these compounds is still emerging. How often to pulse depends on age and goals. Talk to your physician.

Sachet 02 · Five compounds

What's in the pulse.

Two capsules, taken on two consecutive days. Five compounds: two researched for senolytic activity, one enzyme, and two that pace and support absorption.

Liposomal Fisetin

300 mg

Liposomal delivery

Tier 3 · Mechanistic

A well-studied senolytic in preclinical work, with human trials now underway. Delivered monthly because clearing senescent cells is a periodic job, not a daily one.

Isoquercetin

150 mg

Over standard quercetin

Tier 1 · Human RCT

Chosen over standard quercetin for a better absorption profile, supporting the monthly senolytic pulse.

Bromelain

500 mg

Proteolytic enzyme

Tier 1 · Human RCT

A proteolytic enzyme that supports the clearance side of the pulse, with a long human track record for that kind of role.

Fenugreek Galactomannan

150 mg

Soluble fiber scaffold

Role · Delivery

A sustained-release fiber scaffold that paces how the pulse compounds are released. A delivery role, not an active.

Piperine

5 mg

Black pepper extract

Role · Absorption

A small amount to support absorption of the compounds it travels with. Human pharmacokinetic data backs this role.

Tier 1 · human randomized trials Tier 2 · human data Tier 3 · mechanistic or preclinical Role · delivery, enzyme, absorption

The add-on

One pulse is included. Add more to match your cadence.

01

One pulse, included

Every Protocol 01 box includes one monthly pulse. One pulse is two sachets, taken on two consecutive days.

02

Add up to two packs

Each additional pack is one more pulse. Add them to your order if your age band calls for more than one a month.

03

Three a month is the ceiling

The included pulse plus two added packs is the maximum, three pulses in a month. Choose based on age and goals.

Under 40 1 pulse / month 40 to 60 2 pulses / month 60+ 3 pulses / month
Set price per additional pulse pack

Added to your Protocol 01 order. One pack is one pulse, two sachets across two consecutive days.

The monthly pulse

Questions about the senolytic.

Why is the senolytic pulse monthly instead of daily?

Senolytics are studied through a hit-and-run pattern: target senescent cells during a short window, then let the body recover. The original senolytic research used intermittent, pulsed dosing, not daily supplementation.

Daily dosing removes that recovery window and adds daily compound exposure the biology does not call for. Protocol 01 follows the pulsed pattern instead: a short course each month, then back to the daily three.

What exactly is one pulse?

One pulse is two sachets, two capsules each, taken on two consecutive days. Morning or afternoon, with food and water. One pulse pack covers one pulse.

How many pulses should I take?

It depends on age and goals. A common starting point:

  • Under 40 · 1 pulse a month · days 1 to 2
  • 40 to 60 · 2 pulses a month · days 1-2 and 16-17
  • 60+ · 3 pulses a month · days 1-2, 11-12 and 21-22

Every Protocol 01 box includes one pulse. If your age band calls for more, add up to two extra packs to your box. Three pulses a month is the maximum. Choose based on health goals and senescent burden, and consult your physician.

Can I buy the pulse on its own?

No. The senolytic pulse is part of Protocol 01, not a standalone product. One pulse is included in every box, and additional pulse packs are an add-on to a box order. They are not sold separately.

The pulse is designed to run alongside the three daily formulas, which is why it ships as part of the protocol rather than on its own.

What is in it, and how strong is the evidence?

Five compounds: Liposomal Fisetin (300 mg) and Isoquercetin (150 mg), flavonoids researched for their role in clearing senescent cells; Bromelain (500 mg), a proteolytic enzyme; and Fenugreek Galactomannan (150 mg) with Piperine (5 mg) supporting release and absorption.

Fisetin's senolytic work is largely preclinical, with human trials now underway. Human research on these compounds is still emerging. Every dose is printed on the label.

Can I take it alongside the daily protocol? Is it safe?

Yes. The monthly pulse is designed to run alongside the daily three formulas. On pulse days you take the daily sachet as usual, plus the pulse.

The senolytic pulse is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as several of its compounds have not been studied in those populations. If you take medications or manage a health condition, consult your doctor before starting.

Is the pulse third-party tested?

Yes. It is manufactured under cGMP-compliant standards, and finished lots are tested by an independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
