A few years ago, my mental clarity began to deteriorate. Persistent rumination, poor sleep, the feeling that something was off. My husband had spent over a decade studying longevity science and the biological pathways that influence aging. Together, we discovered I carry an MTHFR gene variation that affects how my body processes certain B vitamins. When I began using the right methylated forms, things changed. My energy improved. My thinking became clearer.

Dr. Furman has authored over 120 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals including Nature Medicine, Cell, Science Translational Medicine, and PNAS. His research has been supported by the NIH, Hevolution Foundation, and other major funders. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, she earned her MD from SUNY Stony Brook, completed residency at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, and a Pain Medicine fellowship at Weill Cornell/New York-Presbyterian. Her clinical focus centers on prehabilitation, metabolic optimization, and regenerative therapies through biomarker-guided, integrative strategies.

Stefanie Morgan, PhD, is Vice President of Research and Applied Sciences at AgelessRx, where she directs translational research and real-world evidence programs in longevity medicine. She is a co-author of the PEARL trial, one of the first year-long, randomized, placebo-controlled evaluations of low-dose, intermittent rapamycin in healthy aging adults. Dr. Morgan completed her PhD in Cancer Biology at Stanford University School of Medicine and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School. She leads a semifinalist team in the $101M XPRIZE Healthspan competition.

He is the creator of the ERA epigenetic reprogramming platform, which promotes epigenetic rejuvenation of adult cells while preserving their identity. Dr. Sebastiano has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications in Nature, Science, Cell, Nature Biotechnology, and Nature Aging. He has received the Breakthrough in Gerontology Award and the AFAR Junior Investigator Award, and serves as Associate Editor for Rejuvenation Research.

Danielle Orozco Cosio, PhD, is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Standard Model Biomedicine, where the team is building the first foundation model for the multimodal, interconnected human body. She earned her BS in Molecular Biology from MIT and completed her PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT, working in Ed Boyden's Synthetic Neurobiology group on integrative analysis of neural circuitry. Previously, she co-founded and led Ontologic, a bioinformatics platform, and served as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital managing PET imaging data for Alzheimer's research.

We built TimeWarp to make that science usable.

The formulation problem

We looked for a protocol that matched the evidence. We could not find one. Most claim all twelve hallmarks of aging. Few cover more than a handful with real depth. So we mapped the pathways ourselves, then built a model to score every compound on mechanism, human data, bioavailability, and synergy.

Every ingredient had to earn its place.
