THE SLOW DECAY

The 2pm crash.
The three-day recovery.
The focus that used to be automatic.

You've been calling it stress.

You've been losing capacity for years.

That's not stress. That's cellular decline.

Decline is not a single problem. It is several, running in parallel.

Four core measures of biological capacity. All declining. At different speeds.

Measurable. Predictable. Relentless.

THE DEFAULT TRAJECTORY

  • By 30a decade past peak
  • By 40the decline is accelerating
  • By 50half your capacity is gone

This is your biology on autopilot. Protocol 01 was built for this.

The Formula

Four capsules. One complete system.

Tap a capsule, then any compound, to see its dose and why it earns a place.

Doses shown are per daily serving. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Complexity belongs in the formulation, not in your morning.

Tear, take, done.

Bioavailability engineering

Less compound.More delivered.

We engineered the interactions and the forms, not just the ingredient list.

Paired, not stacked

Some compounds only do their job when another one is there.

Ten amplifiers sit in the formula for exactly that reason. Magnesium switches on D3. Apigenin protects the NAD+ that NMN builds. Myrosinase turns the precursor into sulforaphane.

Absorption only, for engineered forms versus their standard forms. Multiples are form-dependent ranges from published pharmacokinetic studies: curcumin and EGCG liposomal roughly 5 to 10x, dihydroberberine about 5x, pterostilbene about 4x (around 80 percent vs 20 percent oral bioavailability), isoquercetin about 2 to 6x. Absorption varies by formulation and individual.

FROM THE FOUNDER

I track my own biology.

I track my own biology. Three draws since March 2025, one CLIA-certified lab, the same clocks. What I ship now is close to what I took then, refined since, and I take it every day. These are my own numbers, shaped by everything in my life. I cannot tie them to any single thing, and I will not pretend to. This is where I sit.

Kristen

Founder. Chronological age 36.

Three clocks. Same answer.

18.2

Biological age

OMICm epigenetic clock. Half her chronological age of 36.2. Two other clocks agree: SYMPHONY reads 18.6, telomere reads 18.8.

Top 1%

Among women her age

Her SYMPHONY age reads younger than 99 percent of the same-age, same-sex reference cohort.

0.78

Pace of aging

Below 1.00 is slower than the calendar. Down from 0.96 at the March 2025 baseline.

97.9th

Grip strength percentile

Muscular strength and function. Top 2 percent for her age and sex.

Epigenetic clocks measured via TruDiagnostic Advanced TruAge, three draws each from March 2025 to May 2026. PhenoAge calculated from a fasted blood panel using the Levine 2018 formula.

This is my data, not a promise about yours. One person is not a study, and your biology is your own. But I take this every day, and I will not sell what I would not take myself.

These are my own measurements, not a claim about what the protocol will do for you and not a result it guarantees. I cannot attribute them to the protocol or to any single factor. DunedinPACE and related epigenetic clocks are estimates with measurement uncertainty and are not diagnostic. Individual results vary and are not typical, and nothing here is a prediction of what you should expect.
