Introduction

TimeWarp Labs ("TimeWarp," "we," "us," or "our") operates the TimeWarp Companion mobile application (the "App") and the website at timewarp.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App and Website.

We respect your privacy. We designed the TimeWarp Companion App to keep your personal data on your device whenever possible. We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We do not use your health data for any purpose other than providing you with a personalized experience within the App.

What Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use the App, you may provide:

• Account Information: Your email address, used to verify your Protocol 01 purchase and activate the App.
• Profile Information: Your name, birth month and year, and biological sex, used to personalize your experience.
• Health Questionnaire Responses: Your answers to the onboarding lifestyle quiz (14 questions about sleep, exercise, stress, nutrition, and related habits), used to calculate your estimated biological age and personalize recommendations.
• Cycle and Hormonal Health Information (optional, women only): Cycle regularity status, last period date, and cycle length, if you choose to share them. This information is used to adjust exercise, nutrition, and recovery recommendations based on your menstrual cycle phase. You can decline to share this information at any time.
• Protocol Scheduling Preferences: Your preferred supplement timing, bedtime, and notification preferences.
• Gratitude Entries: Text you enter during the Wind-Down Mode evening routine. This stays on your device.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized, aggregate usage data to improve the App and understand how our product performs. This includes: screens viewed, features used, protocol logging frequency, streak length, session duration, and app open frequency. This data is associated with a randomly generated anonymous identifier, not your name or email. You can opt out of analytics tracking in App Settings.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version, collected for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.

Information from Third-Party Services

• Apple Health / Google Health Connect (optional): If you choose to connect Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android), we read: daily step count, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep duration, workout sessions, and VO2 max. This health data is processed entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers. It is never shared with any third party. You can disconnect Apple Health or Google Health Connect at any time in App Settings.
• Shopify (purchase verification only): When you enter your email to activate the App, we verify that email against our Shopify customer records to confirm your Protocol 01 purchase. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status. We do not access your payment information, shipping address, or order history beyond what is necessary for activation.

How We Use Your Information

On-Device Personalization

The primary use of your information is to personalize your App experience. This processing happens entirely on your device:

• Calculating your estimated biological age from quiz responses
• Adjusting lifestyle recommendations based on your age, sex, and (if provided) menstrual cycle phase
• Tracking your protocol adherence, streak, and XP
• Scheduling personalized notifications for your protocol, wind-down mode, and monthly cleanse
• Displaying health metrics from Apple Health or Google Health Connect

Aggregate Analytics

We use anonymized, aggregate usage data to:

• Understand product engagement and identify areas for improvement
• Calculate aggregate statistics about App usage (e.g., average adherence rates, average streak lengths, feature usage patterns)
• Communicate aggregate product performance in our marketing materials (e.g., "87% of users maintain a daily streak past 30 days"). These statistics are always aggregate and never identify individual users.

Communications

We may use your email address to:

• Send transactional messages related to your account (activation confirmation, password resets)
• Send product updates if you have opted in to marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

How We Store Your Information

On-Device Storage

The majority of your data is stored locally on your device:

• Profile information, quiz answers, protocol logs, streak data, XP, scheduling preferences, gratitude entries, and health data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect are stored on your device using encrypted storage (iOS Keychain via expo-secure-store for sensitive data, AsyncStorage for non-sensitive preferences).
• This data is not backed up to our servers.
• If you delete the App, this data is permanently deleted from your device.

Server-Side Storage

The following data is stored on our servers:

• Your email address (for purchase verification and account management)
• Anonymized usage analytics events (associated with a randomly generated anonymous ID, never your email, name, or any personally identifiable information). These events include: protocol adherence data (logging frequency, streak lengths), feature usage (which features you use and how often), app engagement (session frequency, retention), estimated biological age gap (the calculated difference, not your raw age or quiz answers), and demographic segment (age bracket and sex, for aggregate analysis). Raw health data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect is never sent to our servers.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect server-side data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and encryption at rest.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
• We do not share your health data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
• We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
• We do not transmit your Apple Health or Google Health Connect data off your device.
• We do not use facial recognition, location tracking, or microphone access.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Export

You can view all data the App holds about you in the Profile tab. You can export your data as a file at any time using the "Export My Data" feature in Settings.

Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time using the "Delete My Data" option in Profile Settings. This permanently removes all locally stored data from your device. To request deletion of any server-side data (email address and anonymized analytics), contact us at hello@timewarp.com.

Analytics Opt-Out

You can disable anonymized usage analytics at any time in App Settings under the "Share anonymous usage data" toggle. When disabled, no usage events are collected.

Apple Health / Google Health Connect

You can disconnect health data integration at any time in App Settings or through your device's Health app permissions. Disconnecting immediately stops all health data reading. Previously displayed health data is removed from the App.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

European Residents (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data
• Restrict or object to processing of your personal data
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Our legal basis for processing your data is: consent (for health data and analytics), contract performance (for account activation), and legitimate interest (for product improvement through aggregate analytics).

Data Retention

• On-device data: Retained until you delete the App or use the "Delete My Data" feature.
• Email address: Retained as long as you maintain an active Protocol 01 subscription. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Anonymized analytics: Retained for up to 24 months for product analysis, then permanently deleted.

Children's Privacy

The TimeWarp Companion App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TimeWarp Companion mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Genexis Bio Inc., doing business as TimeWarp Labs ("TimeWarp," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada Public Benefit Corporation.

2. Eligibility

The App is available to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have purchased a TimeWarp Protocol 01 subscription
• Reside in a jurisdiction where the App and Protocol 01 are available

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Activation and Access

Purchase Requirement

The TimeWarp Companion App is included with your Protocol 01 subscription. Access is activated by verifying the email address associated with your Protocol 01 purchase.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription Status

Your access to the App is tied to your active Protocol 01 subscription. If your subscription lapses:

• You retain read-only access to your historical data (streak history, bio age, XP)
• Active features (protocol logging, personalized recommendations, notifications) are paused
• Reactivating your subscription restores full functionality and your historical data

4. The App and Its Features

What the App Does

The TimeWarp Companion App is a wellness tracking and habit-formation tool designed to support your use of Protocol 01. Features include:

• Daily protocol adherence logging
• Estimated biological age calculation based on lifestyle questionnaire responses
• Personalized lifestyle recommendations based on your demographic profile
• Health data integration with Apple Health and Google Health Connect
• Breathwork and wind-down mode guided routines
• Progress tracking and streaks
• Educational content about longevity science

What the App Does NOT Do

The App is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The biological age estimate provided by the App is based on a lifestyle questionnaire and publicly available health data, not clinical testing. It is an educational estimate, not a medical diagnosis.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

THE APP AND PROTOCOL 01 ARE NOT SUBSTITUTES FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

• The lifestyle recommendations, biological age estimates, and health information provided by the App are for educational and informational purposes only.
• The personalized recommendations (including exercise, nutrition, fasting, breathwork, and sleep guidance) are based on general population research and your self-reported demographic profile. They are not individualized medical advice.
• Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement regimen, exercise program, fasting protocol, or making changes to your health routine.
• If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication, or have concerns about your health, consult your doctor before using Protocol 01 or following any recommendations in the App.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you received from the App.
• The menstrual cycle-aware recommendations in the App are based on general population research and are not a substitute for individualized medical guidance regarding hormonal health, perimenopause, menopause, or reproductive health.
• The digital wellness features (Wind-Down Mode, Focus Mode, App Limits) are voluntary behavior-change tools. They are not treatments for screen addiction, insomnia, or any mental health condition.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The App, including its design, code, content, algorithms, optimization model, personalization engine, scoring methodologies, formulation data, brand assets, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Genexis Bio Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"TimeWarp," "TimeWarp Labs," "Protocol 01," the TimeWarp logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of Genexis Bio Inc.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all personal data you provide to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

7. Aggregate Data and Marketing

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may collect anonymized, aggregate usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may use aggregate, de-identified statistics derived from App usage data in our marketing materials, website, social media, press releases, investor communications, and other public communications.
• Examples of aggregate statistics we may publish include: average protocol adherence rates, average streak lengths, average bio age gap calculations, feature usage patterns, and engagement metrics.
• These statistics will never identify you individually. They represent aggregate trends across our user base.
• You may opt out of contributing to aggregate analytics data at any time in App Settings.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use the App to collect data about other users
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Circumvent the purchase verification requirement to access the App without a valid Protocol 01 subscription

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including:

• Apple Health / Google Health Connect: Governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies and terms
• Shopify: Used for purchase verification only, governed by Shopify's privacy policy

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

App Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix issues, or improve performance. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, discontinue use of the App.

11. Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete My Data" option in App Settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your Protocol 01 subscription is canceled or refunded
• We discontinue the App (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data deletion follows the procedures described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE APP (INCLUDING BIOLOGICAL AGE ESTIMATES) WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• ANY DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED

THE BIOLOGICAL AGE CALCULATION, PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS, AND HEALTH-RELATED FEATURES ARE PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MEDICAL DECISIONS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENEXIS BIO INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, ADVISORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR PROTOCOL 01, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR MOST RECENT PROTOCOL 01 SUBSCRIPTION.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genexis Bio Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit through the App

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Clark County, Nevada or remotely at your election.

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

For claims under $10,000, you may choose to resolve the dispute in small claims court in your county of residence.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genexis Bio Inc. regarding the App.
