Most plans cover one preventive visit a year plus its routine labs. Ask for the three tests above. hs-CRP may be billed separately, usually $10 to $40.

No doctor, no insurance. Buy the three tests online, walk into a Quest or Labcorp location for a ten-minute draw, results in a few days. About $30 total.

- Download your results as PDFs. Separate files are fine.
- In the app: Progress, Add bloodwork, Upload File. Select them all.
- Check the values, tap Calculate. Baseline set. Re-test every 3 to 6 months.
